Excellent location near main attractions, including cathedral. Professional & kind staff. Clean rooms with convenient amenities. Good breakfast with variety of options. Quiet despite busy street.

Great location in the heart of the city, within walking distance to popular tourist destinations. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options.

Nothing that I didn't like.

During our stay, the hotel was in the perfect location, right in the center of everything which made it easy for our family to tour the area. It was also very convenient to get to from the train station, and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that it was very close to the major tourist attraction, the Duomo. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing us with a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The bathroom in our room had some issues. The toilet seat was too high, even for someone as tall as my husband, and the shower area didn't have a mat to prevent slipperiness, which was a safety concern.

During my recent stay at Axial, I was blown away by the excellent location. It was so convenient to be right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Whether it was exploring the fine Duomo or visiting the Uffizi Gallery, I never had to walk more than 10 minutes. Plus, the famous Gelato shop Venchi was right below the building, making it more fun. The hotel itself had a unique and artistic look, feeling like a gallery in itself. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage space, a big plus for me. The bed linen and towels were clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast spread was quite good, with a variety of options including lovely boiled eggs and unlimited coffee from the machine. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and cute atmosphere.

It is also within walking distance of most of Florence's attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel is only a 1-kilometer walk from the train station, eliminating the need for transportation. The self-service breakfast offers a variety of options, including bread, pancakes, coffee, juice. The hotel also allows guests to store their luggage after check-out, adding convenience to their stay.

The value for money is great, with reasonable prices for a hotel in such a prime location. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided in the rooms, like air conditioning, ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including an automatic pancake maker and a cappuccino machine.

The rooms could use some upgrades, with broken cupboards and outdated decor.
